$340,000 settlement for 24 workers at Wild Edibles Inc. a NY seafood company

After 75 NY restaurants stopped serving seafood from Wild Edibles Inc. 24 workers won a settlement of $340,000 for unpaid overtime and illegal retaliation.

150 workers sue for $3,000,000 in unpaid wages for violations by SoHo retail chains over past 6 years.

150 employees are suing Shoe Mania and Mystique Boutique retail chains in SoHo for sub-minimum wage and denied overtime pay. The suit is for the past 6 years of violations totaling $3million.

Ole Ole, Chicago restaurant accused of +$125,000 Wage Theft. (Protest tonight)

Ole Ole, a "nuevo latino" restaurant in Andersonville, an upscale neighborhood in Chicago, is accused of Wage Theft. This includes unpaid overtime, improper deductions, and paying either nothing at all or below minimum wage.

A protest is planned this evening at 7pm.

5,000 "level one managers" sue AT&T for $1,000,000,000 in Wage Theft class action lawsuit.

As many as five thousand AT&T managers sue for $1 billion in overtime back wages due to misclassification of managerial status.
