Judgement against Hogs Back BBQ for 5 employees in small claims court , $8,100

Five former employees of Hogs Back BBQ, a small short-lived restaurant which had been in Northern Ithaca NY, were awarded a total of $8,100 in unpaid wages.

Ole Ole protests continue, in addition to suit being filed

After results from a December negotiation fell through, workers represented by Chicago Restaurant Opportunities Center continued to protest outside the restaurant and announced their filing of a federal lawsuit and National Labor Review Board complaint over claims they are owed significant amounts of back pay.
